All requests for GP appointments are reviewed by the clinical team to ensure patients are offered the right time-frame, clinician and method (face-to-face, telephone, online etc.). Our practice phone lines are open for those with accessibility needs who find it difficult to complete the form. Additionally, some specialist services allow self-referral without needing a GP referral, enabling you to track your referral directly with the service and reducing waiting time.
