Crouch Hall Road Surgery

Our philosophy is to provide an efficient and caring service with a personal and family oriented approach.

We are a training practice and at times we have GP registrars, trainee counsellors, medical students and practice nurses in attendance. Your consent will be sought  prior to consultation if this person(s) can sit in or if the consultation is to be video recorded.

We also have additional doctors doing surgeries, who form part of the practice team.

Online Registration

It is quick and easy to register with a GP using our simple online GP registration form. Whether you are new to the area or have never registered with a GP practice before, there is usually no need to come to the practice to complete your registration and no proof of address is required.

All Patients will be allocated a GP but you can see any of our Doctors when you need to.
